One of Gareth's many passions was cats.

Jacqui who lives in crete runs Cats Pyjamas and she gave us a lot of advice and help when we rescued Frankie from a puddle after his Mum had rejected him. He is now living in England with us. She does a heroic job rescuing kittens around the Apokoronas area.

Woodland Nook Cat Rescue in Derbyshire housed two of our feral cats, Billy and Booey, at very short notice when we left Crete. They remained there for nearly a year before finding a home. They are very happy now.
